Hey, I buy stuff on the internet too and sometimes not all of it works out — I get it.
For textile items: Items must be unworn/unused/like new! If there are any issues with your order, please reach out within 30 days of receipt. I will completely refund your order once received (minus return shipping. I am not responsible for return shipping expenses). This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
I’ll gladly work with you to ensure you receive the right size or product. If you’d like to make an exchange, please contact me.
Please note that international orders are also eligible for exchange. Return shipping and re-shipping expenses are not my responsibility.
If you received the wrong product/size/etc. due to my error, please contact me! I will cover any shipping and re-shipping expenses. Please note that these items must be received in unworn/unused/like new condition.
For digital items: No returns or exchanges.
For other items: Please reach out to me if you experience any issues with your order or with shipping.
